Matteo, This is Freemarker's built-in cache. This _debug_ message means nothing else than "we checked the file and it hasn't been modified since last parse, so we're not going to waste energy re-parsing it". I'm not sure what flushing it would bring you, but IIRC there's a piece of API for that in FreeMarker's internals.
