Dear Magnolians

I never got the running of Magnolia directly out of NetBeans working, but this
did not bug my too much, as I simply deployed it manually in my Tomcat and
connected NetBeans via "remote debugging" if necessary. This was simple and
worked well... until NetBeans 8. All of a sudden the "apply code changes" does
not work anymore. :-(

So I decided that it might be a good moment to get the NetBeans setup right so
that I could launch my Magnolia project directly from NetBeans... in the hope
that this would solve the hot code swapping problem. Unfortunately NetBeans
fails in deploying the Magnolia webapp.
FAIL - Deployed application at context path /hellomagnoliaweb but context
failed to start
Setting the Tomcat to FINE did not reveal more info.

My setup:
- Magnolia 5.3.7
- NetBeans 8.0.2
- Tomcat 8.0.17
- Java 1.7
- Mac OS X 10.10.2

Did anyone of you get NetBeans to deploy Magnolia projects? Or does the "Apply
Code Changes" button to do its job in NetBeans 8.0.2?

Thanks!
