Recently had an update to an existing app rejected because the app asked
permission without explaining the purpose. I believe that the dialog is
produced as a result of including mergAV in the build. An automatically
generated dialog is handy… but in this case I agree with the reviewer. My app
scans QR codes so I understand that it asks the user for permission to use the
camera. And the reviewer probably would have thought that obvious enough.
Unfortunately, in a separate dialog, it also asks for permission to use the
microphone. (Which the app doesn’t use.)

"This application requires access to the device’s microphone.”

I imagine this is what triggered the rejection. Is there a way to edit this
dialog so that I can get past the review?
