Hi Bill

No such option on Windows standalones on the latest LC 9 (or ever, I suppose). 
My lack of knowledge of Windows means that I don’t even know if it makes sense 
to talk about 32- and 64- bit: what I do know is that PC standalones tend to go 
into a folder called ‘Program Files (x86) which may imply some kind of 
out-of-date-ness: but that folder still exists on Windows 10. Mysteries, who 
needs them?
