Access to phone functions is limited. On the iPhone is it extremely limited.
Can you be more specific about what you mean by "activity tracking" and "auto-reply"? Screen dimming and silent mode definitely cannot be triggered by an iPhone app, I am not sure about Android but I doubt it can be done in LiveCode without some sort of external being built.
