I also use Quiver and recommend it. I've tried getting the author to include Livecode among the languages available for "code blocks" (maybe if there's enough of us he'll give it a shot)
To be honest, most of my most used LC snippets I also keep in a "notebook stack" which you are more than welcome to play with. All of the snippet data is saved in the "arrayData" property of the tree widget.
