There isn't one that I know of, but you could try overriding revIDEPopupContextualMenu, which is in the revidelibrary stack in the backscripts. It normally dispatches the target list to revMenubarPopupContextualMenu in the revMenuBar stack, and that stack has a very proscribed list of elements, depending on context.
