It looks as if I will have to movethe codebase of my Devawriter from
Livecode 4.5 to Livecode 7.0 or later to leverage
high plane unicode characters.
To do this will involve converting all the numToChar stuff to
numToCodePoint stuff, and I have no great urge (!!!!) to do
the thousands and thousands of lines of code manually.
I would be most grateful if someone who has experience of this sort of
thing could revert.
