I did a quick look for the obvious; database, datagrid, behaviour. At this stage I'm not sure there is a Dictionary Tag for Guides and Tutorials. Would they just be included in the Reference Tag or as a basic html link to Tutorials?
Whilst I agree with you in principle, and that is certainly the destination we need to be headed, at this point in time I've got to agree with Matt. I think there are plenty of nuggets out there that the community could put into the Dictionary.
