Thanks for the suggestions. I will try the “try” approach. I guess from the fact that I get a proper download from the IDE, that the url is correct, but I will make provisions to make sure it is anyway. I had a couple of instances where the url, which is dynamic, depending on other choices the user makes, was not correct. This did also show up in the IDE.
