There's now an HTML5 branch in the main git repository.

The usual disclaimers apply (experimental, missing features, not fully
integrated, experienced developers only, back up your stacks first,
etc.)
We're still on track to release a developer preview before the end of
August.
I know everyone's still waiting for LiveCode 8.0.0-dp-3. It's been
delayed due to problems with CEF, but these problems appear to have
(finally) been defeated.
