Windows 8? No. 10? Yeah probably. If LC can be updated to be compliant with the UAP (universal app platform) If I understand correctly, dong that means it'll run on win 10, win 10 phones etc. Not sure how the backwards compatibility works though, and its possible I am way off base here too.
