I get the feeling that the team is hoping that someone comes up with a better 
idea than the complicated file formats that peter and I came up with and are 
prepared to wait for that. I think the platform would need to change 
drastically for anything that appeared clean on GitHub to work. BTW I just 
realised there’s absolutely nothing stopping us integrating an entire pull 
request and change review system into the IDE rather than use a web app for 
that it would probably make more sense to keep it in the IDE. GitHub API can 
manage pull requests so I assume bitbucket, gitlab etc apis can do so also.
