Are you possibly hitting the 64bit vs 32 bit, os problem? If you're on a 64 bit os, make sure the lc server you are running is 64 bit, or that your os has the ia32 libraries. If your os is 32 bit and you grabbed a 64 bit build, the only option is to get the 32 bit version.
