Correct. You should still be able to use Xcode 6.2 to install your apps on your devices running iOS 8.2, though, even though you’re using Xcode 6.1.1 to build with. Just fire up Xcode 6.2 after building your app, open up Window -> Devices, and install your app from there.
You can also use Monte’s mergTestApp if you have that. It will continue to install apps (straight from LiveCode) on devices running a newer version of iOS. Works great.
