Hi. I have always found that if you resize in either direction beyond where a scrollbar is needed at all, the scrollbars disappear, regardless of the state of the "true/false/auto" condition. That is what you want, correct?
Someone else will have to chime in on how to make a scrollbar stick even if the size of the object is greater than having a scrollbar at all makes any sense.
