Hi Charles, Rev 5.5.5 will build 32 bit software (indeed Rev is itself 32 bit) which should work fine on 64 bit systems - have a look in the "Program Files (x86)" folder in your Windows 64 bit PC where you will find all the 32 bit software running on your system.
When I say "work fine", 32 bit apps are second-class citizens (as you've seen they get their own 'ghetto' version of 'Program Files' and their ability to access memory - and there might be some issues if you try to open the 64 bit version of Internet Explorer or an MS Access database (jet engine compatability if you're not careful) - but in general things should be fine...
