Pretty much any shared hosting setup will required assigning special handling for certain file types via .htaccess.

There was a recent discussion of this in the forums which may be useful:

Since you'd already had things set up and working well, unless you were on a very old server, chances are you won't need to do anything beyond just updating the engine and updating the Action line of your .htaccess to point to it.
