Hi all, inspired by a post by Geoff, I started thinking that it would be rather cool to have a suite of stacks that lets us benchmark the performance of the different engine versions. I started with a stack that benchmarks graphics rendering performance using different settings. Unfortunately it crashes LC7 (http://quality.runrev.com/show_bug.cgi?id=13833 , already assigned). But I think it would be a good idea to have a set of tests that benchmarks the different aspects of the engine. Would anyone of you be willing to participate in setting up such a testsuite and / or run tests on their machines?
