It never ends with Apple and iOS 8/Xcode 6. I can't submit for review because the third question is missing from the web page. I had trouble getting onto the web site earlier today but chalked it up to a fluke and tried after lunch and had no problem logging on. Apple must have injected a bug into the web site.
