I'm on OS X 10.9.5, MBP with retina display and at a screen resolution of 2048,1280 it all looks good to me. Even at 2880,1800 everything seems OK. This is in the IDE 7.0 RC2.
This is with a basic stack that has a large field that has large amounts of data changed. Also if I go to the Dictionary and select various entries the Content field fills with the new data instantaneously.
