William, I’ve run into this as well. I’m still not totally sure where the problem lies.
I don’t know how you’re saving your image, but in my case I am taking a screenshot. I finally got it to work correctly with: export snapshot from this card to file [file_path] as PNG Hopefully that’ll work for you as well.
