If you look at the very first item in the LiveCode Preferences, you'll see that you can change the "Property Labels" to show the "Name of the LiveCode Property" instead of the "Description of the option". This helps a lot when looking for property names, they are all right there in the inspector, but it's an easy step to overlook.
