This is true at the moment but the docs still say otherwise, so I filed

Whether the bug is in the docs or an oversight in the ifdef for the
Commercial build is something I can't say with any certainty. The report
is flagged as "confirmed" but also has a status of "EXPERT_REVIEW", so
I'm not sure where that sits at the moment.
Hopefully we'll get guidance on that soon.
