RevNet stacks can be saved and stored wherever you like on your hard drive. For toplevel stacks you can use File->Save, and for others you may need to right-click on their entry in the Project Browser.
It's nice to see interest in RevNet - I'm working on an update for it, and can include a button to save those to your Plugins folder to make it even more convenient.
