I don't know if it's a specific field that's the problem or the stack
itself. I can alter all the fields in the bad stack as long as I do
it with a script in the damaged stack.
This doesn't sound like stack corruption to me, it sounds like a problem
with either the script syntax or the content of the field. I think your
stack is fine.
What syntax are you using to set the text from a different stack?
