One of the nice things about it is it's quite easy to implement. For those that 
haven't had a look at the source the function to get an object property has a 
boolean 'effective' parameter. So if true you would compare the object with the 
executing handler object and if the same return a reference to the executing 
handler object otherwise return the behavior property as normal.
