Further to my previous posting: Devawriter Pro + Sanskrit fonts behaved themselves perfectly under WINE 1.5.22 both when it was pretending to be Windows XP and when it was pretending to be Windows 7
which means, by the way, that the WINE people have NOT imitated all aspects of Windows 7 accurately (not that I mind).
