Terence, Yes, they are working on the Android version. No, there is no public roadmap. You can ask about it if you pay a few 100s of dollars extra for the developers programme (but personally I don't think potential customers should have to pay for information to convince them to buy a license). Currently, it is impossible to buy DLL's for Android.
