You can set the background of a field to an image.
Import the image you want to use into the stack
Select the Field
Property Inspector
choose Colors & Patterns
click lefthand box next to FILL
Select 'This stack" from the Image Library popup
Select your image
Be aware the image will tile if it is smaller than the field and it will scroll
with the field contents.
