I think I've run into this before but it seems that drag/Drop operations in a modal stack don't work, basically nothing happens. This is drag/drop from one control to another within the modal stack.
Pretty sure RunRev support told me this couldn't be done a few months back but before I accept that, I thought I would check the collective knowledge of the list.
