Håkan, I had the URL displayed at the top of the screen. This might have irked them. I was using Google map to find directions also. I Used mergMK and resubmitted. After app get approved I will try to slip the browser version back in.

To me it sounds like you are not allowed to use google maps in a screenshot to promote your app as that is considered "old" and you should now use the new mapping feature.
