While not probably as useful for team development but as an alternative to 
source code repository, Pete Haworth's excellent lcStackDiff plugin is another 
way to track your code. If offers the ability to compare the differences 
between different stacks (versions on your drive?) so you can see how different 
versions evolved and changed.
