Just as I was about the consider these issues, google took my app down. Gotta love IP take-down notices: guilty until proven innocent.

I ended up going through ejunkie (which was also stopped because the aggressors pursued us through paypal as well...ugh!).

That said, the integration with ejunkie was painless. The trickiest part was figuring out what the app should do upon registration.
