That could very well be. The image was imported into the stack but not via the File menu. I did it from the message box via a handler I've used for years. It just takes a file path and puts the image from disk into an existing image. It's one of the handiest shortcuts I have when I want to update an image without changing any of its properties, particularly its name and ID. I've never had it fail before but it may have this time.
