I just downloaded the support files for my book, and the archive is somewhat confusing. But, in the Chapter 5 folder is a file named "2489_05_code.zip", that one file seems to have all of the needed files, without the confusing "old" empty folders.
I'm not sure what the possibilities are for everyone to see the stacks, even if they didn't get the book.
