I can only answer for iOS. Everything seems to be working just fine.

Although, be aware that upgrading to Mountain Lion also requires upgrading 
Xcode to version 4.4. And Xcode 4.4 drops support for the iOS 4.3 simulator. So 
if you still need that, don't upgrade yet. I have yet to figure out a way to 
get the iOS 4.3 simulator working with Xcode 4.4. If anyone knows, please share.
