I don't believe I've seen such a system in many years.
The funny thing is that I have just run Metacard 2.4 for Windows with
WINE 1.5.8
and it did import (admittedly very, very badly indeed) an EPS document
as an image.
Mind you, that is rather like walking backwards for Christmas.
