Hi Graham, I am seeing a lot of strange slow downs as well. I too am trying to come up with a good recipe to demonstrate the issue. It seems very random at the moment. I get them most often when I save and then try to access a LC menu item. If I let it sit for up to a minute, LC usually recovers and works until the next time it happens. I have tried turning off all my plugins to see if that helps. The jury is still out on that one.
