Personally I've been using Cyberduck for about 5 years, and don't understand the comments about its clumsy interface; all seems remarkably straightforward to me.
Experience with almost all other FTP clients seems to fall short of Cyberduck. But, Hey, I'm talking about sending stuff from my PPC macMini running 10.4, so don't take my word as far as the "latest thang" goes.
