I don't see any solutions listed for what you are supposed to do when the Application Loader won't let you select your app to upload to the iOS App Store.
I created a separate profile for distribution through ITAS/ITMS, saved the standalone application, tested it in the simulator and....#FAIL I checked my ITunes Connect settings and those appear to be ok, too.
