Hi all, what is the state of the art for storing data for all users under windows? I used to write to specialfolderpath(35), this worked up to vista, however under 7 it appears to require admin rights to write there. Is there a place that works reliably for XP and above and does not require admin rights? A place that is accessible by all users for read and write?
