Ok. I know this is not the most appropriate place for this but.. Today for the first time in about 12 years I walked 5 unassisted steps in physical therapy. (no walker, cane, walking sticks or anything) And no face plant! So on the count of 3. 1, 2, 3 WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!
