I do not believe this is available, nor can I think of a reliable way to determine the stop point. Unless the 'reading' is converted to an audio file (which probably does not suit your purposes or you would be already implementing one) and the use of callbacks is implemented.
You may have to apply the selectedText and rely on the User's judgement.
