Hi I use TextMate with the Bundle version 1.2 from Revigniter. On a new document you have to select 'iRev' from the pop up that says plain text.
colourization is only active in <?rev ?> code blocks If you open a text file with the .irev or .lc extension it will colourize as the iRev type.
