Really? This is how I do it: 1) Open Photos app on the device 2) Touch the Albums button 3) Touch the "Add" button 4) Name the album > 2. Wait for it to sync, and install an OS update (30-45 min) At least Apple releases OS updates on a regular basis. On Android many devices are stuck on old versions of the OS, never to be updated to take advantage of the (supposed) benefits of the platform.
