Also, though inkjets may be very economical up front, over the life of the 
printer the ink is considerably more expensive, especially since most people 
can go weeks without printing anything, and then discover their carts are no 
good anymore. Nowadays personal color laserwriters would be better for almost 
anyone, as toner does not harden and destroy cartridges because of lack of use.
