Joe Open a terminal window. Navigate to your user preferences folder using cd ~/Library/Preferences. type open com.apple.sidebarlists.plist. (I use PListEdit Pro so it's easy for me but TextEdit will also work if you are careful.) Under Root/useritems/CustomListItems inspect each key to find the offending key. Delete it. Reboot. I googled how. You can also just delete the plist file and the Finder will give you a fresh one when you reboot, but none of your other shortcuts will be there.
