Hi all.=20 I am looking for someone who has the capability of developing a server side= application that can either watch a folder and process PDF files, or else = respond to a shell command using the cmd prompt or else powershell.=20
The application needs to convert a PDF form to a flattened PDF file. Bonus = if you can extract the form data before flattening it.
