Hi William - I don't have time to collect the details at the moment, but here's what I've found:
I found the necessary info for deploying to the devices themselves (iPhone, iPad) for test in the Apple documentation. The key - as best I recall - has to do with setting up the provisioning profile on the device. Doing that took me through all of the necessary steps to get it working in concert with LiveCode. Caveat - all of my experience is deploying from a Mac to those devices.
